Thought to store carbon in the sea was introduced by Italian physicist Cesare Marchetti. Daien Cha & Jack Sato worked on the idea of storage in marine and stated that this reserving method of the deep sea opens up a new direction for the steel manufacturing industry to reduce the side effects of carbon dioxide worldwide. Carbon can be used to trade as a physical good and will not remain a badly reputed commodity.
According to Paris Agreement, America & IEA (International Energy Agency) stated that 12-20% of carbon emissions need to store to achieve the target of zero emission. The Australian Govt. will invest 18 million Australian dollars in a carbon emission project. Daein Cha analyzed that with the project’s development, carbon dioxide purchasing will start in 2027. Assessment is carbon dioxide storage of 1.5 to 7 million tons annually.
The study showed that the Alga plant converts the carbon dioxide, sunlight & water into sugar/glucose with photosynthesis in which Chlorophyll produces food for the plants. Through this process, carbon dioxide does not stay a dangerous product. Seaweed is Alga shape and produces oxygen, nitrite, copper, phosphate, ammonium nitrate, and iron.
These plants live in water and help to use carbon dioxide as an element to produce
sugar, oxygen, and other minerals by photosynthesis. Sugar helps all other plants
grow while green plants make their food themselves.
- Effects:
-Carbon dioxide will remain no more a harmful product.
-By avoiding carbon emissions the air quality index will be better.
-A new trade industry will emerge regarding carbon and marine utilization.
-Firms will trade on carbon & will get benefit from it.
